Bay Internists, Inc. focuses exclusively on internal medicine. We have four internists on staff to serve you. Together they have years of combined experience in providing their patients with the highest level of private health care.

The internists are assisted by a well-educated, highly skilled team of nurse practitioners who have over 40 years of combined work experience, so you are sure to be in safe, capable hands while in our care.

Brought to Virginia to work with Rappahannock General Hospital Hospitalist Group in 2005, Dr. Daffeh served as chief of staff from 2013 to 2015. She is medical director at Hospice of Virginia.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Northern Neck Boys and Girls Club and volunteers at Northern Neck Free Health Clinic.

When not at work, Dr. Daffeh enjoys spending time with her adult children, teaching group cycling at the YMCA and speaking in churches and the YMCA.

Ms. Slavin, her husband and son reside in Lancaster County. She is devoted to her church and has volunteered for several nonprofit organizations in the area. She’s also a proud stepmother of two young men.
