Bay Internists, Inc. focuses exclusively on internal medicine. We have four internists on staff to serve you. Together they have years of combined experience in providing their patients with the highest level of private health care.
The internists are assisted by a well-educated, highly skilled team of nurse practitioners who have over 40 years of combined work experience, so you are sure to be in safe, capable hands while in our care.

Once I became an internal medicine doctor, I liked communicating and forming equal partnerships with my patients. I like being able to give them peace of mind along with excellent preventive care."
In his spare time, Dr. Deschamps volunteers at the Northern Neck Free Health Clinic, helps out at the Boys & Girls Club and supports Bon Secours Rappahannock General Hospital.

Brought to Virginia to work with Rappahannock General Hospital Hospitalist Group in 2005, Dr. Daffeh served as chief of staff from 2013 to 2015. She is medical director at Hospice of Virginia.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Northern Neck Boys and Girls Club and volunteers at Northern Neck Free Health Clinic.
When not at work, Dr. Daffeh enjoys spending time with her adult children, teaching group cycling at the YMCA and speaking in churches and the YMCA.
