We can help you with scheduling, insurance or anything else you need. To schedule an appointment, please call us at 804-435-3103 or use our Request an Appointment form. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us in advance, so we can reschedule your appointment at a more favorable time. We look forward to seeing you. We welcome patients from all over the Northern Neck, including Lottsburg, Kilmarnock, Tappahannock and Callao in Essex County, Northumberland County, Middlesex County, Richmond County and Lancaster County.

Insurance:
We file insurance claims with those insurance companies with which we participate. We will provide you with full details of your visit in the event that you need to file your own claim with your insurance provider. Our staff is extremely knowledgeable about health insurance and filing claims and will assist you with any questions that may arise.
Billing and Financial Responsibility:
Payment is anticipated at time of service. We accept payment in form of cash, personal check, Visa or MasterCard. All claims to insurance companies we participate with will be submitted by us. We will provide you with a copy of what was performed to submit to your insurance company if we do not participate. The bill remains your responsibility.
